A: The Diamond Showcase will process an order between 1-5 business days. Upon processing shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. We provide free shipping on all standard orders within Canada and the US. Local curb side pickup is available upon email request.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: At this time, all items are final sale.
Q: Do you have a warranty?
A: We offer a 30-day warranty on all jewelry items purchased covering any manufacturer defect (i.e broken clasp), we are not responsible for wear and tear of items (i.e a broken chain, bent ring, or scratched item).
Q: Do you offer custom pieces?
A: Absolutely! Our team is always available for a FREE consultation and quote on any customized pieces contact us via Instagram or email to set up your appointment.
From engagement rings to name necklaces and even repurposing old jewelry pieces, custom designs are available and always encouraged. With 30+ years in the business, many of our products have been designed and personalized to your standard.
The sizes shown on our site are the ones we currently have available in stock, in most cases we will be able to order your required sizing. Contact us to find out if we carry your required size.
