How will I know if order is placed successfully?

You will receive a follow up confirmation email in addition to a receipt of your purchase.
How will my order be delivered to me?
Answer :
We ship all across Canada and North America. Packages can be sent to your home or office via Canpar courier. Due to Covid restrictions signatures upon delivery are not available at this time. Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes. Tracking information will be supplied so you can trace your package throughout the delivery process
Do you have a pickup option for delivery?
We are happy to announce that we now offer contact-less pickups. Please indicate at checkout which shipping option you prefer. For specific inquiries, please send us an email or direct message us on Instagram.
What are the shipping charges?

Please choose a shipping option that best suits your needs! For shipping across Canada and North America we offer free shipping on all orders of $75 or more. Otherwise we assign a flat rate of $15.00 for all shipping and handling. There are no shipping costs when you decide to pick up your item instead.
How do I check the status of my order?

Do you offer returns?

We are confident that you will love your purchase. We take great pride in our designs and inspect all of our merchandise prior to shipping. At this time all orders are final sale. You may contact us directly to discuss exchanges. If an item is shipped defective or damaged you must contact The Diamond Showcase within 5 business days after receipt of your order. Our customer service team will issue a return authorization number with instructions on how to return your item. The Diamond showcase Ltd will repair or replace any defective /damaged items at our discretion. You the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, insurance and providing us with the tracking number.
Do you offer repairs?
We select all of our products with caution and care, but that doesn't mean everything is perfect! If your product needs a repair please don't hesitate to send a message.
Is there warranty?

While we take pride in the quality of our products, anything is possible. That's why we automatically offer a one year warranty on all jewellery items purchased covering any manufacturer defects.
